Islamabad: National University of Modern Languages (NUML) has announced its admissions for the Summer Session 2011.

The session will start from August and admissions are being offered in Master’s degree programmes, undergraduate programmes, postgraduate diploma (PGD) programmes, advanced diploma programmes, and certificate courses (morning/evening programmes) at NUML Islamabad campus and also at regional campuses in Peshawar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad and Quetta.

The university has offered admissions in masters, undergraduate, and certificate and diploma courses in 26 national and international languages and in a variety of other disciplines like social sciences information technology, engineering and management sciences.

The university has offered Masters Courses in Economics, Governance and Organisational Sciences, Education, Islamic Studies, Urdu Educational Planning & Management(EPM), Pakistan Studies, International Studies, MEd, History, Mass Communication, MBA Finance and Marketing & HRM,MBA Executive, Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Turkish, Persian, English Language and Linguistics, ELT, Urdu, and Urdu for foreigners.

Similarly, the undergraduate courses offered in Modern Languages are in English, Urdu, Bangali, Balochi, Pashto and Punjabi, BSCS, BBA, BE Telecom Engineering and Software Engineering, Economic and Finance, Mass communication and BEd.

The certificate and diploma courses in International Affairs, Business Adminstration, and modern languages like English, Spanish, Arabic, Persian, Chinese, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, Japanese and regional languages have been offered.

The programmes have been developed in view of the emerging needs relating to modern education and awareness. The method and scheme of studies is modern, comprehensive, innovative, balanced in terms of theoretical and practical component and at the same time at par with the HEC standards. The last date for receipt of application forms is June 27 and interviews and entrance test will be conducted from July 04-10 at the main campus as well as all regional campuses.The news.
